Cupping Notes
The acids are more developed, complex and balanced in this roast and the sweetness is more pronounced. Caramel and lemon citrus combined with milk chocolate and underlying nuts.
There is a good viscosity to the mouthfeel on a medium length finish. Offers a good balance of character, positive caramelisation and good balance of the basic taste.
