Is a parrot native to central and eastern South America known for its magnificent blue color, enormous size and strength.

A good Brazil coffee can add a lot to espresso blends, and is great straight!

One of our consistent favorites is a Brazilian Farm owned and managed by our friend Aline, where the coffee is laid out to sun dry with the cherry on. This imparts a rich dry fruit flavor onto the coffee bean, and adds to the body of the cup!

Arara Azul flies in pairs, so while you are drinking our carefully selected Brazilian Coffee, enjoy it in a company.
